How to make Dahi Chura:
Ingredients
- 1 cup flattened rice (chura)
- 1 cup Magahi Daily Fresh & Creamy Dahi
- 1/4 cup jaggery or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cashews
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon grated coconut
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Wash the flattened rice (chura) thoroughly under running water. Soak it in water for a few minutes until it softens. Once softened, drain the water and keep the chura aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the Magahi Daily Fresh & Creamy Dahi until smooth and creamy. Add jaggery or sugar, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the dahi. Mix well until the sweetener is fully incorporated.
